Here's how tracking your OLOFI order works, step by step, from checkout to delivery.

1. 1. Confirmation

   As soon as you complete your purchase you'll receive an email with your order number and a summary of the products.

2. 2. Preparation

   We carefully prepare your order at our warehouse. This step usually takes 1 to 2 business days.

3. 3. Shipping

   Once your package is on its way, we'll send you an email with the carrier's tracking link so you can see where your order is in real time.

4. 4. Delivery

   You'll receive your order at the address provided at checkout, within the estimated timeframe shown when you placed the order.
