Products offered on the Site are described as accurately as possible. If, due to an error or lack of stock, an ordered product is not available, the customer will be informed as soon as possible, with the option to cancel the order or replace it with another product of equal or greater value.

All prices shown on the Site include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping costs, if any, will be shown separately before completing the purchase.

OLOFI reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, although products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

The purchase process consists of the following steps: selecting products and adding them to the cart, reviewing the cart, entering shipping and billing details, selecting the payment method, and confirming the order. After completing the purchase, the customer will receive a confirmation with the order number.

Payment is made through the methods indicated during checkout (credit/debit card or other means made available). Payment data is processed securely through the corresponding payment gateway; OLOFI does not store your full card details.

OLOFI ships to Spain and other European Union countries under the conditions indicated on the Site. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and product availability; any actual timeframe will be communicated once confirmed with the shipping company.

The risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the customer once they, or a third party designated by them, take physical possession of the products.

A customer acting as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without needing to justify their decision, in accordance with Article 71 of the TRLGDCU. See the procedure and applicable exceptions (such as perfumery products whose hygiene seal has been broken) in our Return Policy.

Products sold carry the 3-year legal conformity warranty set out in Articles 114 et seq. of the TRLGDCU. If a product turns out to be defective, the customer may request repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract, under the legally established terms.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, and without prejudice to the consumer's right to go to the courts of their domicile, we inform you of the existence of the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, through which out-of-court resolution of disputes arising from online purchases can be requested.
