Return Policy

This policy describes the right of withdrawal provided for in Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU) for customers acting as consumers, as well as the procedure for returns due to defects or shipping errors.

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without needing to state a reason and without any penalty, other than the return shipping costs indicated in section 4.

To exercise this right, simply notify us unambiguously (for example, by email) before the deadline expires.

2. Exception: unsealed perfumery products

In accordance with Article 103.e) of the TRLGDCU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable to be returned for health or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.

In practice, this means a perfume whose hygiene seal or packaging has been broken or removed cannot be returned under the withdrawal right, unless the product arrived defective or there was a shipping error (see section 5). We recommend checking the packaging before opening it.

3. How to return a product

  • Email us at admin@essenciasolofi.com stating your order number and the product you wish to return.
  • We will confirm the address to send the package to and the process instructions.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, unsealed (unless the return is due to a defect or our error) and in a condition suitable for resale.
  • Once the return is received and verified, we will process the refund.

4. Return shipping costs

Direct return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error by OLOFI, in which case OLOFI covers the return shipping costs.

5. Defective products or shipping errors

If the product you received is defective, damaged, or does not match your order, contact us as soon as possible at the email address above, attaching photos if possible. In these cases OLOFI will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or refund, in accordance with the 3-year legal conformity warranty (Articles 114 et seq. of the TRLGDCU).

6. Refund timing and method

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from confirmation of receipt and verification of the return (or from the withdrawal notice, if the product has not yet been physically returned), in accordance with Article 76 of the TRLGDCU.
